How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All garments require 24hr handling + shipping and delivery time Shipping is based on your location. Estimated shipping/delivery time: New Providence: 1-2 days, Family Islands: 3-5 days, USA: 5-10 days, Europe: 8-20 days, Australia: 10-20 days .
How does sizing work?
Currently standard Small-XL are offered (2XL in some styles). The sizing chart in each listing shows the recommended bust, waist and hip measurement for each size. Some of Vitae's styles are "Free Size" (one-size) which can accommodate S-2XL.
Where can I fine Vitae in stores?
Currently in New Providence, you can purchase Vitae in stores at My Wish List (West Bay Street), and The Craft Cottage (Doongalik Studios).
In Grand Bahama we are located at Lignum Vitae Markets (King's Rd).
Do you do custom orders?

Do you except returns and exchanges?
Items can be exchanged for a store credit if returned within 7 days of being delivered. Shipping and customs fees where applicable are not refundable and you will assume return postage cost. Returns are accepted for store credit only. Please note: All items purchased on sale, coupon code or custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns for for store credit must be returned unworn, unused, undamaged, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. If the items does not meet this criteria it will be sent back.
